Shipping policy

 

The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place within the EU and Switzerland.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat rate of € 4.95 per order for shipping. From an order value of € 25.00, we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.

Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:
Austria: 5,95 €

From an order value of € 40.00, we deliver abroad free of shipping costs.

Delivery to Switzerland:

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend that you use the service of MeinEinkauf.ch. You can find all the information at MeinEinkauf.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch will then take care of all customs formalities and delivery to your door for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, duty paid and at a low price.

 

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1-3 working days in Germany. Please note that delivery does not take place on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment for the sake of the environment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
