Products

Why are newkee tubes thinner than usual?

We take sustainability and environmental protection very seriously. That's why we use around 40% less plastic than the packaging used in conventional care products and make sure to use 100% recyclable raw materials in our production. This is why our tubes are a good 50% thinner and less dimensionally stable than traditional care products. However, you can use newkee with a clear conscience, because both the cap and the tube are made of the same material. This so-called monomaterial is much easier to reuse and doesn't require a complex recycling process to separate it into its individual components, like yogurt cups. In concrete terms, this means you can put the tubes directly in the recycling bin and conveniently dispose of them as plastic waste – without any negative impact on the environment.

Is newkee suitable for allergy sufferers?

Our products are exclusively vegan, perfume-free, paraben-free, color-free, preservative-free and PEG/PPG emulsifiers-free.

Are the products free from animal testing?

Yes, our products are not tested on animals. They are also vegan, meaning they are free from ingredients of animal origin. We believe that animal-derived ingredients have no place in cosmetics.

Are all recipes free of microplastics?

Yes, we are proud that we completely avoid microplastics in all our recipes.

How long do the products last?

Our products have a shelf life of at least 30 months when unopened. Once opened, they should be consumed within 6 months. However, if stored away from significant temperature fluctuations and contamination, they can last even longer.

Where are the products manufactured?

All newkee products are Made in Germany. Assembly takes place in Marburg.

Are the products comedogenic?

The products are non-comedogenic, meaning they do not clog pores.

Why don't newkee hair shampoo and body wash foam as much?

newkee isn't just the new key to body care. newkee also offers you a completely new shower and body care experience. You'll experience this most intensively with our shampoo and body wash care products. Not only are they completely odorless and perfume-free, but by avoiding chemical processes and unnatural ingredients, less foam is produced. However, this doesn't mean that the cleansing effect is compromised. Rather, it significantly reduces the drying out of the skin, and there's no unpleasant tight feeling left after showering.

What does newkee do in terms of environmental and animal protection?

When manufacturing our vegan care products, we consciously avoid dermatological experiments on animals. We are also one of the first manufacturers in Germany to use tubes that are around 50% thinner and up to 40% less plastic than conventional suppliers. This makes us a pioneer in sustainability and climate-friendly care products in this country.

Order

Do I need a customer account to place an order?

No, you can order from us without a customer account. However, a customer account offers the advantage of only having to enter your information once and allowing you to view previous orders and the status of your order.

What are the delivery times for our online shop?

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, delivery within Germany is generally within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery to Austria is generally within 5-7 business days. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Where can I see my previous orders?

You can find your previous orders under "My Account." Once you log in, you can view an overview of your current and completed orders.

Can I cancel or change an order?

It's not possible to cancel an order that's already been completed or to add additional products to it. If you'd like to order additional products, please simply place a new order.

Shipment

How much are the shipping costs?

We charge €4.95 for standard shipping to consumers within the Federal Republic of Germany. Standard shipping is free for orders over €25. Shipping to Austria is free for orders over €40; otherwise, we charge €5.95.

Can I track my shipment?

Once we have handed over your shipment to our logistics partner DHL, you will receive the tracking number in an email generated by our logistics partner or us. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery. If you don't receive an email, please contact our customer service (shop@newkee.de). Alternatively, you can also check the current status of your order in your customer account under "Tracking."

What payment methods are available in the online shop?

Payment via PayPal, payment by invoice (via Klarna), payment by credit card, payment via ApplePay, payment via GooglePay and AmazonPayments.

Return

Can I return my order?

You can return our products within 14 days. This excludes products whose hygiene seal has been broken or opened. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please enclose your order confirmation and send the products to:
