Why are newkee tubes thinner than usual?

We take the issues of sustainability and environmental protection very seriously. That's why we save around 40% plastic compared to the packaging material of conventional care products and make sure that we use 100% recyclable raw materials in the production process. For this reason, our tubes are a good 50% thinner and not as dimensionally stable as classic care products. But you can use newkee with a clear conscience, because both the cap and the tube are made of the same material. This so-called mono-material is much easier to reuse and does not have to be separated into its individual components in a time-consuming recycling process, as is the case with yoghurt pots. In concrete terms, this means that you can put the tubes directly into the yellow bin and conveniently dispose of them as plastic waste - without any negative impact on the environment.

Is newkee suitable for people with allergies?

Our products are without exception vegan, fragrance-free, without parabens, without colourants and preservatives, without PEG/PPG emulsifiers.

Are the products free of animal testing?

Are all formulas microplastic-free?

Yes, we are proud to say that we completely avoid microplastics in all our formulas.

How long are the products shelf life?

Our products have an unopened shelf life of at least 30 months. Once opened, you should consume them within 6 months. However, if stored without large temperature fluctuations and contamination, they can last longer.

Where are the products produced?

All newkee products are made in Germany. The packaging takes place in Marburg.

Are the products comedogenic?

The products are non-comedogenic, they do not clog pores.

Why do hair shampoo and body wash from newkee not foam so much?

newkee is not only the new key in body care. newkee also offers you a completely new shower and care experience. You can experience this most intensively with our shampoos and body wash care products. Because they are not only absolutely odourless and do not contain any perfume. By avoiding chemical processes and unnatural ingredients, they also develop less foam. However, this does not mean that the cleansing effect is affected. In fact, the skin dries out much less and there is no unpleasantly tense feeling on the skin after showering.

What does newkee do in terms of environmental and animal protection?

In the production of our vegan care products, we deliberately refrain from dermatological experiments with animals. In addition, we are one of the first manufacturers in Germany to use a tube material that is around 50% thinner and use up to 40% less plastic than conventional suppliers. This makes us pioneers in sustainability and climate-friendly care products in this country.


Do I need a customer account to place an order?

No, you can also order from us without a customer account. However, a customer account offers you the advantage that you only have to enter your data once and that you can view previous orders as well as the status of your order.

What are the delivery times of our online shop?

If no other delivery time is stated in the item description, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) usually takes place within 1-3 working days after order confirmation. Delivery to Austria, Italy, France and the Netherlands usually takes place within 5-7 working days. Please note that delivery does not take place on Sundays and public holidays.

Where can I view my previous orders?

You can find your previous orders under "My account". After logging in, you can view an overview of your current and completed orders here.

Can I cancel or change an order?

It is not possible to cancel an order that has already been placed or to add more products to it. If you would like to order more products, please place a new order.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge consumers within the Federal Republic of Germany € 4.95 for standard shipping. From a minimum order value of €25, standard shipping is free of charge. Shipping to Austria is free of charge if the value of goods exceeds €40, otherwise we charge €5.95.

Can I track my shipment?

As soon as we have handed over your shipment to our logistics partner DHL, you will receive the shipment number in an email generated by our logistics partner or by us. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery. If you do not receive an e-mail, you can contact our customer service ( Alternatively, you can also check the current status of your order in your customer account under "Shipment tracking".

What payment methods are available in the online shop?

Payment by PayPal, payment by invoice (via Klarna), payment by credit card, payment by ApplePay, payment by GooglePay and AmazonPayments.


Can I return my order?

You can return our products within 14 days. Products whose hygiene seals have been broken or opened are excluded from this. However, you will have to pay the return shipping costs yourself. Please enclose your order confirmation and send the products to us:
