The competition runs from June 22, 2024, to June 29, 2024, 11:59 PM (CET). During this period, users will have the opportunity to participate in the competition online.

To participate in the competition, you must subscribe to our newsletter. Participation is only possible during the competition period. Registrations received after the closing date will not be considered for the drawing. Only one registration per participant will be entered into the competition. Using multiple email addresses to increase your chances of winning is strictly prohibited. Participation in the competition is free of charge.

Eligible to participate are only natural persons of legal age residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods. If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required. All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition, as well as employees of the operator and their family members, are not eligible to participate. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude individuals from participation for legitimate reasons, such as:

– in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or conduct of the competition,
– in the event of violations of these conditions of participation,
– in the event of unfair trading or
– in the case of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

We will raffle off 3 x 2 tickets for Europa-Park in Rust among all participants. The winners will be determined after the closing date in a random drawing among all participants. The winners will be determined on June 30th and notified of their win promptly via a separate email. The prize will be awarded exclusively to the winners or a legal representative of the underage winners. Exchanges, self-collection, and cash payments of the prize are not possible. Any costs incurred for shipping the prizes will be borne by the operator. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winners. The winners are responsible for any taxation of the prize. If the winners do not respond after two requests within a period of 3 weeks, the prize can be transferred to another participant.

To participate in the competition, you must provide personal information. Participants confirm that the personal information provided, in particular their first name, last name, and email address, is true and correct. The organizer hereby declares that all personal data collected and stored by participants will not be disclosed to third parties or made available to them for use without their consent. In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of their name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator's website and its social media platforms. Participants may revoke their consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the organizer's contact details provided in the imprint of the Deutsche Kosmetikwerke AG website. Upon revocation of consent, the participant's collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately.
